Random Thoughts: 9/11

I was in the 8th grade, and the teacher turned on the TV as soon as she came into the classroom. On the TV, there was an image of the Twin Towers burning. Everyone of us, including the class clowns and troublemakers, watched in stunned silence. We all thought, "Is this a movie? Is this real? Can this really be happening?" It did. It was real. Everyone who died was a real person that belonged to a real grieving family. May all of those affected by 9/11 attacks find peace. We will never forget.
