Things I learned today: Assholes pt.2

This is how I feel: FUCKED. But that's ok.

It is ok to feel terrible about things. Once you come to terms with feeling terrible and realize that you feel terrible, it is much easier to stop feeling terrible and start feeling MAD. MAD Melissa is much more productive and scheming than terrible-feeling Melissa.

I am eating a corn tortilla feeling mad all at the same time. Multi-tasking win.
